After that remove the metals. This water may be taken in the morning after getting cool. Nothing should be taken 15 min before and after it. It energies & activate the glands for very weak patient.
How to find out the disease :- There are 38 points given on palm as well as on foot. Mostly all the points are available at both places of palm or foot. point 21, 22, 23 only on right palm or foot and point 36,37 on left.
Never name the disease. Initially press all the points sequentially up to 10 to 15 sec each. Note down the paining points. Give the pressure up to the bearable limit.
